Product pricing, availability and delivery costs are given as guides, as they can change due to factors beyond our control.
If you are interested in purchasing any of the items listed on our website, please add the items to the wish list. After you have added all products, submit the inquiry by adding your contact details, preferred delivery method, preferred payment method and additional comments and clicking ‘send inquiry’ button. After receiving your inquiry, we will double-check availability of products and send you an offer, including possible discounts and delivery charges, when applicable. If you accept the offer and would like to order the items, please reply within 24hrs, unless the offer specifies different validity period. Upon receiving your order, we will confirm it by email and send you invoice for the items ordered along with payment instructions in accordance with your chosen payment method. Please note that until we have confirmed your order, availability can change as we do not reserve items prior to receiving payment. We enter into a sales agreement after you send us the order and we confirm it in writing. Please note, that users under 18 years of age can only place orders under supervision and consent of an adult guardian. Upon receiving the payment, we will arrange dispatch of the products to you (or make them available for pick-up, in case you choose to pick up the products yourself). Please inspect the products prior to acceptance of delivery for any signs of damage. In case you notice any visible damages when product is handed to you, mark it appropriately when signing for the package, take pictures and immediately notify us. All products that we ship are insured to their full value, however, carriers may deny liability for goods accepted without any remarks. If you are a private individual, you have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving the items (please see our return policy for details).
