We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for the order no later than 14 days from the day, on which we receive the returned goods.
Please make sure that items that you are returning are unused, in original condition and original packaging.
Shipping costs may vary significantly between different providers and depending on your location and the provider you choose the cost of shipping bulky items, such as surf boards, may well exceed 300 EUR. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, so we recommend checking prices with several providers to make sure you are receiving a competitive price. Also, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail or courrier service. Please note that we are not able to processs a refund without actual receipt of the goods or a proof of delivery. We also recommend insuring the goods to their full invoiced value, because in case of loss or damage during transport standard carrier liability is typically not sufficient to cover the cost of most items sold on our website. Finally, package the items well to ensure that they do not get damaged on their way back and take a picture of how the items are packaged.
